WaterMarks is an initiative to develop a city-wide network of participatory engagement, to help us all to better understand the significance of water in our everyday lives.
What is WaterMarks?
WaterMarks empowers artists, scientists, and community members to take action respecting the vital role of water to people across Milwaukee neighborhoods.
What are the parts?
Our toolkit describes how community partners can participate: Walks, Workshops, Artist Projects, Voices Interviews, Activation Events & Neighborhood WaterMarkers.
Our initiative connects an evolving ensemble of partners: artists, nonprofit organizations, water professionals, academics, community groups, and ordinary people.
